PHILANTHROPY FOR CLIMATE AT COP30
For the fifth year, Philanthropy For Climate is committed to supporting diverse participation of philanthropies in global climate governance spaces, using our global collective to catalyse transformative climate action.
Our presence at COP30 aims to raise awareness of how collective philanthropic action can accelerate inclusive climate finance, advance frontline voices in decision-making, and promote regenerative solutions that support regional and national commitments and global sustainability goals.
We will convene philanthropic actors attending COP30 to facilitate networking and share insights on motivations, takeaways, opportunities, and challenges, highlighting the successes and impact potential of philanthropy, while building a unified community behind a just and sustainable future.
We invite you to join our delegation of members and partners, and connect with us while in Belém, participate in our convenings, share learnings and outcomes after the event, and contribute to the path forward.
We aim to foster opportunities for our network to discuss how we leverage the collective power of philanthropy in the pursuit of just climate action, and support the sector’s engagement with the entirety of the UNFCCC process to advance global climate goals.
